The story of adidas Marathon began in a little town in Bavaria, Germany. Working from the steps in his mother's wash kitchen, Adi Dassler enlisted the "Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik" in 1924 and began on his mission to furnish sportspeople with the best conceivable XR1. With Gold award sportspeople wearing adidas Marathon in Amsterdam (1928, Lina Radke) and Berlin (1936, Jesse Owens) were first prizes and breakthroughs. The German mesa’s shoes and clothing designs are usually highlighted by its youll logo, three parallel bars. More info: Adidas
