The story of XR1 adidas began in a little town in Bavaria, Germany. Working from the steps in his mother's wash Shoes, Adi Dassler enlisted the "Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik" in 1924 and began on his Essentials to furnish sportspeople with the best conceivable gear. With Gold award sportspeople wearing XR1 adidas in Amsterdam (1928, Lina Radke) and Berlin (1936, Jesse Owens) were first prizes and breakthroughs.
