On October 26, 1984, Micheal Jordan signed a five-year, $2.5 million deal with Nike, three times more than any other deal in the NBA at the time. Nike released the Air Jordan sneaker line in April 1985 with a goal of making $3 million in the first three years. The first shoe shattered expectations, earning $126 million in one year.
In 2010, Jordan Brand celebrated its 25th Anniversary with a few special releases for the occasion including the Air Jordan XI 11 Randy Moss Minnesota Viking PE “Silver Anniversary” colorway back in March 2010.
Dressed in a simple White and Metallic Silver color scheme.
