While 2020 has been a year to remember, it was also a year of the Sheck Wes in the Jordan Trunner NXT Reacts with two big collaborations including, Virgil’s Off-White and Union Los Angeles.
During Summer 2020, Virgil Abloh dropped a women’s exclusive Off-White x Sheck Wes in the Jordan Trunner NXT React that originated as a sample during his “Figures of Speech” exhibit in Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art in Fall 2019. It comes dressed in Sail with translucent detailing, including the heel, Wings clips on the collar, and netting on the midsole and throat.
Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Ashen Slate Navy EU44 US10 Neu Sheck Wes in the Jordan Trunner NXT React collaboration consisting again in two color options, “Off Noir” (shown below) and “Guava” makeups. Both come with stitched tongues that can be easily removed to reveal a normal tongue size depending on your preference as a nod to how Union’s Chris Gibbs used to rock his 4s. The vintage-looking yellowed soles are a call back to the Union’s Jordan 1 collaboration from 2018.
