Packer Shoes is set to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Raekwon classic Only Built 4 Cuban Linx… album with a collaboration with Diadora N.9000.
This Packer Shoes x Raekwon x Diadora N.9000 “Purple Tape” takes its hues from the original cassette tape version of the the album that was done in Purple and has since become commonly referred to as “The Purple Tape.” Other details to go along with the celebrated release include the full track listing of the album on the insoles. The shoe also includes parental advisory-style tongue label, the ‘1995’ B96533 on the heel, and the numbers ‘1’ and ‘2’ to reflect the two sides of the tape.

The Packer x Raekwon “Purple Tape” Capsule Collection is a US exclusive release launching Thursday – 8.20.15 from 11am to 6pm only at S.O.B.’s NYC located at 204 Varick Street – New York, NY 10014.
Customers will be serviced on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis, monitored by staff and security.
